Most of our items are handmade, rhinestoned, or custom-created to order. Slight variations in color, placement, or finish are part of the charm and not considered defects.

3. Ordering & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of order. Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Processing times vary depending on the product. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. GTC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. Returns & Refunds
