✨ GTC Shipping Policy ✨

1. Processing Time
Most GTC items are handmade or custom-decorated to order. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, but may be longer during peak seasons or for large/custom orders.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

3. Domestic Shipping (USA)
Estimated delivery time after shipment: 3–7 business days. Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships.

4. International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination and may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes (these are the buyer’s responsibility).

5. Delays
Once your package leaves our studio, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the carrier. We are not liable for shipping delays, weather interruptions, or customs processing.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product. For lost packages, we will assist in filing a carrier claim.

7. Combined Orders
Multiple items ordered together will ship in one package when possible, unless otherwise requested.
