GTC Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! Please read our return and exchange guidelines carefully: 

1. Handmade & Custom Orders
Because most of our items are handmade, custom-designed, or personalized (including rhinestoned apparel, custom ears, and made-to-order teamwear), all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

3. Apparel Fit Issues
Due to the nature of performance wear and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns for size, fit, or style preferences. Please refer to our size chart before ordering.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn or washed apparel

  • Custom or personalized designs

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Accessories such as headwear and hair items

5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already begun.
